My name is Kenneth Weines and I`m a country artist from Harstad, a small coastal town in northern Norway.

I play and sing country music of the neo-traditional kind and I`ve been playing music since I was a little kid.

I write my own songs and have recorded two albums in Nashville, Tennessee.

 

My self-titled debut album "KENNETH WEINES", released in 2005 opened many doors for me as an artist.

The song "Leave Me Alone" stayed on the NRK radio toplist Norsktoppen for 15 weeks with several weeks at 2nd place as the best position.

 

Through the years I have played at many festivals, guested many venues and warmed up for great american artists such as Alan Jackson, Dr.Hook, Steve Earl, Lynn Anderson, Wanda Jackson, Marty Stuart, Billy Yates, Connie Smith, Tanya Tucker and many more...
